We've got our bye weeks pretty early this season. I know I'll be at Texas with Nunzio, Wpierso3 and hopefully a load of other FAU fans… It's hot here in August I can't imagine Texas in August.

I see there are no games mid week like in years past that were on ESPN2, I wonder if they'll pick up any of these games like they did for Troy last season

My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Do we only have one bye?  It looks like its between Monroe and Troy…and then maybe a "bye" at the end of season after FIU?

seems like it because this year we ended with Troy on December 1st. So it looks like we have the last week of the season off. May be a good thing especially if we end up in a position to go to N.O. again this way we can have an extra week to heal from injuries

Re: 2008 Schedule and dates from Mr. Hutton

the schedule came out early last year and had NO byes at all

that was changed before the season starts…

don't take this schedule too rigidly

I really like the fact that all of our homes games are at 4pm or 7pm, we lose the heat factor against a couple of teams but it sure is nicer for the fans. Hopefully we don't need the extra help.

GO OWLS!

The other bye week is the 29 of november that is the date that we usually play FIU but I guess they bumped it up a week

All these game times are according to the host cities time zone right?  So, Michigan State game would really come on tv here at 1 pm?
