CP has changed the perception and direction of our program in a short time….I feel pretty good about our program right now. Don't need 9 wins this year…need the momentum to continue. Six wins does that.Posted On: Aug 15th 2015, 11:12 AM #347225

Seven wins means we go 7-3 vs teams anybody outside this forum thinks we have a reasonable chance of beating.
That would be great this season, but not easy by any means.

Just remember this…according to college football experts (that aren't FAU fans) we are double digit dogs to both Miami and UF.

Who cares. We should be going 7-3 vs the other competition. That is all C-USA opponents, Buffalo, and Tulsa. To go anything less against that competition is not good enough. Especially with this poor recruiting class for 2016 currently coming we will need to make a splash to improve it!!

Those are high expectations. Think with your head and not your heart. FAU is not there yet. My opinion (for what it is worth ) is we will not make a bowl game this year because C-USA has a few better teams that will get the bids.Posted On: Aug 16th 2015, 12:03 PM #347253
Good coaches find ways to win games and turn around programs quickly. I find it alarming that so many people are okay with have a losing record. Coaches are paid to win football games, and make the program money. Just as if your not making your company money in your career they will fire you.

Who cares to look at things reasonably? News flash, were a CUSA team. I feel like I am reading an Alabama board sometimes.
Dude, it's August…let's relax with the 2016 recruiting class that's 6 months from signing. Wow.

I don't think anyone is okay with a losing record. I think people have predictions based on their experience and it has nothing do with the actual result.
Whether people think we will win 5 games or 10 games doesn't impact the season in any way or what they hope will happen.
Let's say everyone on here "demands" 8 wins. Does that impact donations? No. Does that impact actual wins? No. Does that impact season ticket sales? No.
If you are saying we better win 8 games or else…what is the "or else?" There are no ramifications that we can control other than we decide to support the team or we decide not to support the team. You can decide which one you choose.
Demanding to win doesn't actually make us win. I wish it did. I would be demanding it all day long!!
