Some punctuation would help…. I have no idea what that says, just a bunch of jumbled together words.

Re: A different QB problem

And I'm not Mr. Flessner. If I were, I would tell you where you could go. I am, however, a mature fan who recognizes true talent. Flessner has a chance to be QB there, yes, but so do German, Kane, Bracewell or Wilbert. Heck, so do any of the other qbs there who want to learn the new offense. Personal attacks on ANY kid are not ok with me and are the true sign of someone with a small mind who has no idea what he is talking about.

Re: A different QB problem

ijs if we are going to run a spread option attack i like Curtis or Bracewell based on the simple fact they look more solid then the other qb Wilbert And Kooi are done so scratch them the other 2 flessner and german look a little light to take the beating in that type of offense dont forget Curtis and Bracewll both ran a spread type offense in highschool and both were highly touted not just by fau but other school one of them will win the starting spot with german being a change of pace type qb

Re: A different QB problem

its not a personal attack when anyone can see he's short its just my opinion that i dont see him being a legitimate qb for us and you calling me small minded i think its funny cause i know alot about football and wilbert isnt fast enough to run this offense if it was anyone of the tall guys it would be kooi he's alot faster just not a polished thrower with accuracy issues

Re: A different QB problem

Hey Manny. You got the wrong guy? I guess you wouldn’t allow Drew Brees on your team as Coach said earlier. It’s about decision making ability and play making ability. It should be fun to watch in the spring. May the best QB win the spot; whoever it may be. See no name calling just a response. Work on yourself instead of ripping your competition. About being 5 hours away? You’ve taken a good look at him from quite a distance! If you are still in school for the summer session please take some English courses to work on the grammar! You made the same errors under your other ID.

Good point, he is five hours away, but knows all of our players so well, even the ones who have never seen any game time.
And how hard is it to put a period at the end of some sentences? C'mon man!

Re: A different QB problem

I'd almost rather read Owlcountry40s ramblings, at least I'm starting to learn what he's saying.

Guys, Flessner can grow, guys continue to grow up to 20 years old, he's 18 (if that) so there's a chance he does. Being his height means he probably won't make it in the NFL but there is no way a guy at 6ft isn't capable of playing in the belt.

And Manny…95% of the JUCO guys went there because they either didn't graduate HS or they didn't have grades to go to a D1 program. Junior College is different from playing D2 or 3, there is normally a great amount of skill in the juco ranks, but the players are usually damaged goods.

Re: A different QB problem

QB in ANY O is more about reading the D and making the decisions before the throw. Just two words about a "small" qb in the past four year in the college game - Kellen Moore. He not only made the right calls and then throws, he also did not throw games away. How many games idid we lose last year fro the QB position. More than a few right? Put it this way, more just last year than Moore lost in his four (4) years as a starter at Boise.
