At times it's about the type of defensive coverage being called, you will see us set-up in a three man front with everyone dropping back, designed to keep the play in front of us & not to give up the big play - with no pressure being generated on the opposing QB he has time to find open receivers.  We will give up a bunch of yardage during this time frame (ex Troy & FIU) when the game wasn't close we let team back-in - this has been my biggest beef all year, we do this too early in a game, much like a prevent defensive scheme and teams take avantage from us being WAY TOO generous.

We need to learn to go for the knock-out punch on Defense and finish these games, especially with Memphis coming-up, another teams that can score point quickly, you can not allow a team like this find any rhythm or they will take advantage of our generosity and score points.
