Does anyone have any info on the Band for the coming season.

WE always think about the team in regards to the new stadium, but this new home should also be a boon to the band too! When I think of the huge increase in freshman applications, that alone should bring an extra 25-50 or so new band members in, and I am thinking that the stadium bringing in another 25-50 new members too. I would love and hope to see a minimum of 150 band members now  - but more like 200 would be great and reaching upwards of 300 by the end of five years or so. Hell, if Jacksonville State in rural Northern Alabama can do it, so can we, right!

Not really sure how many members we'll have. Most people will probably sign up when it gets closer to fall. I think the drumline will be about the same size and I imagine the band will be about the same. I'm working with the drumline this year so I'm hoping the group will be a little bit bigger.
