Like OG I like to look at the overall lanscape of all the Bowl and UCF has done a amazing job to turn things around, I do look back at our 2-9 season which we then turn into our first two winning seasons (which FIU is still trying to accomplish, so we are stiil one up on those guys ) so it can happen and I do expect for a better season next year - with a word of caution, don't expect a winning season, but maybe a 4-5 win season. The most important and telling signs will be how the team has developed and how consistant they will preform on a weekly bases. We need to remember the tough schedule we still have to face - to get a winning record would probably mean a bowl game, which I don't think this team will improve to that point just yet. What we probably will do is win half of our SBC games. The record should not be used how successful the season was, but how the team preformed in those games.

I agree with Bytor and O.G., the record isn't necessarily an indication of the development of this program. Especially when we have such a brutal non-conference schedule. We need to measure success based on the SBC record. Next year probably won't be a winning record due to non-conference competition, but I expect FAU to compete for the SBC title. GO OWLS!!!
