I don't think the 10 year rule is what you think it is. I believe if a team drops below 15,000, they are on probation for 10 years. If during that time they fall below 15,000 in two consecutive years they are dropped from 1-AA. I am not sure about this but I think this is the rule. Anyone know for sure? GO OWLS!!!

you are exactly right. Im saying if they get a 10 year probation we should be givein a 10 year deadline to meet that figure

So, it is not that a team has 10 years to make the 15,000 mark. They have 10 years of probation if they don't make it. That is a big difference. If we had 10 years to make it there wouldn't be a problem. GO OWLS!!!
