Come to the Burrow Wednesday

Post

I've been 100% commission for 15 yrs. I get paid for excelling at my job. Pay a coach for winning games and putting fans in the stands, none of this guaranteed contract BS. Salary plus commission, average 25K (attendance) for home games and we'll pay you a portion of the gate. If you're any good you'll make more than the guaranteed contract.

Obviously not going to happen…..but it should.

I need to listen to the show again, but Ken might have used the phrase saw some good things a half of dozen times.
How do you see good things in a 63-7 loss in year three of a head coach.

If Charlie continues to lose he will be more avoidant. This week he didn't take questions, but as much I we want to hear the tough questions the problem is there is no good answers to them.

If Ken asks "Why in year three does it look like the program has regressed under your watch?''
What is supposed to say "Yea we have regressed and that on me" Well that's basically admitting he should be fired.

Football coaches are going to stand on sinking ship until just their nose is above water and tell you this is fine and we are heading in the right direction.

I laughed when Charlie used the line "it starts with me" I have heard this line maybe a million times from coaches and it's always the first line coaches use in press conference when they just start to feel the pressure its the way of saying  "hey I know this isn't right and I'm trying''.

Remember we are talking about a Coach that blocked multiple people on twitter from this site for just tweeting non vulgar critical tweets at him.

He basically made it clear he will never take criticism well.

Listen to a Gus Malzahn press conference right now, the "it's on me" line, is the beginning of the end and the surefire sign that someone is on the hotseat.

Can we ask questions as an audience member? Or should all questions go through Ken L?
