WKU, NT, Troy, and others offer a live Internet video feed for each home game on a PPV or membership basis. Could this be done to provide for out of state fans? I watched FAU on Troy and NT this past year on their sites. Troy's site is All Access powered by SIDEARM Showcase Hopefully would produce some extra income as well.
I'm for this idea as well. Honestly though, I think "being able to watch FAU on the internet" is near the bottom of the AD's To Do List right now.
Yea, Right below manning the box office…

I think it would be great for students to run the whole thing. Have a couple "professionals" to oversee things and teach. You wouldn't have to pay the students anything because they would be getting valuable experience. I know we probably don't have the money but as a recruiter, being able to say, "You can help produce/film/work production for our sports games as a student to gain experience and learn what it's like to actually put a "show" on" would do a lot. Students want that type of experience.
the student media employees are already the ones working many of the cameras at the football stadium. they get paid too!

they're down one cameraman after last night ;D…did you see that kid take one in the nuggets? Poor dude, went down so fast, no regard for the camera on his shoulder, straight sniper shot.
for those of you not there, basically a firm chest pass to a guy on the baseline and there must have been a miscommunication, he broke the other way so no one touched the ball and it smoked our camera man right in the business. No time to put his hands down as they were on a shoulder camera and pop! He had to leave the game.

Haha I saw that! He went down like a ton of bricks. Everyone was looking at him and not even at the game. He got an ovation from the crowd once he got up and walked away. The other people next to him gave him a hard time about it haha. Gives new meaning to the word basketball
My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!
