What Works Are Protected?
Copyright protects “original works of authorship” that are fixed in a tangible form of expression. The fixation need not be directly perceptible so long as it may be communicated with the aid of a machine or device.
What Is Not Protected by Copyright?
Ideas, procedures, methods, systems, processes, concepts, principles, discoveries, or devices, as distinguished from a description, explanation, or illustration.
The Copyright Act only restricts you from copying the article word for word and posting it here on the forums. It is the expression that is copyrighted, not the idea. You cannot copyright an idea. Therefore, you have the legal authority to paraphrase as long as you give credit to the source from which the information was drawn.

Here's the deal. I'm a music industry major and we deal with copyright all the time. The information on rivals and scout sites are copyrighted. Otherwise they would have no say in whether you could post their material or not. The current U.S. Copyright Act was enacted in 1976 and became effective January 1, 1978. The act states the following:

Most articles have more than just quotes in which the writer may through in his or her own thoughts. It is the work as a whole that is copyrighted in which no part can be taken without the consent of the author. Sometimes a writer will say things like, 'I spoke to the Patriots' leading wide receiver this morning.' Even that is copyrighted because the writer came up with that wording himself and committed it to a tangible form of expression.

If you walk in the gym in your regular entrance and then just walk to the other side of the gym is the FAU Gestapo going to stop you from walking across? You paid for the seats you should be able to sit wherever you want

Oh, throwing out the girlfriend card, huh? :-*
Tossing a Gizmo out on the court would be more fun than watching this awful basketball team play.
So that would be the incentive to come, yes.
Hey, truth hurts but you asked for it!! :-)
