Dome Sponsors - 1 NAMED Possibility!
I do have a question for the inside guy(s).
Was this company involved in the June meetings who were supposed to go public by June 30th? Or are they new to the ballgame?
Inquiring minds want to know.. ;)

But the 3 lettered security company does.
We have our hands in a lot and I feel it would be almost natural since we are in the backyard.
Again, like I said before, this is strictly speculation. I do know for a fact though that Mike Snyder and a few other big guys from ADT have been to FAU to talk this over.
Mike is a Boca resident and is seen out on the town every now and then. And remember, it would be ADT, not Tyco.
BYW, we seem to being sponsoring everything these days.

Tyco International's Fire & Security business in Boca Raton was the weak spot in the company's third-quarter earnings report Tuesday .
The worldwide conglomerate's investment in an internal sales force for its security business, ADT Security Systems in Boca Raton, hasn't yet paid off in substantial sales growth, management explained.
"We did not see the growth in Fire & Security that we expected this quarter, and this muted our growth," said Edward Breen, Tyco chief executive officer, in a conference call with analysts Tuesday.
Revenues were flat at $2.85 billion for Fire & Security, Tyco's second-largest division. Yet Tyco saw sales growth of at least 2 percent in its four other divisions.
Breen said one positive sign for ADT was that its new account sales in North America outpaced customer attrition in May and June. That's the first time that's happened in three years, he said.
ADT has been building an internal sales and marketing force to replace its former system of purchasing accounts from outside dealers – the practice under previous management.
Analysts questioned Breen about Fire & Security's lack of growth. "It seems to me the visibility should be better in the business than it was a year or two ago," said one analyst. Another asked about ADT's competition in the marketplace.
Breen said overall, the security market is growing and that most competitors have had an internal sales force in place. But, he reminded analysts, "we're seven to eight times bigger with a substantial base all over the globe."
Tyco's third-quarter earnings rose 29 percent, but revenue fell short of expectations and the company issued guidance below Wall Street targets for the fourth quarter and full year.
Net income for the quarter ending July 1 rose to $1.19 billion, or 56 cents per share, from $923 million, or 43 cents per share, a year ago.
Third-quarter revenue totaled $10.56 billion, up 3 percent from $10.23 billion last year but just below analysts' estimate of $10.67 billion.
Tyco shares closed at $27.86, near the low end of their 52-week range of $27.27 and $36.58.
Once again - i would love to see this happen as i have a good friend who is very high up the ladder with ADT, and have always enjoyed the free tickets (heat dolphins, nasdaq), however it doesnt look promising.

If you really and sincerely believe that I don't see the news articles about ADT and don't know Tyco's numbers or have forgotten about the scandal, then you are a bit naive.
However, the shortfall was due to certain parts of ADT in certain parts of the country. And also may I point out that your article cites ADT in a few areas, but the main shortfall was due to Tyco Fire & Security. There are many other companies within this branch, i.e. SimplexGrinnell, Sensormatic and Scott Air to name a few. Also, to quote the article,
"Breen said one positive sign for ADT was that its new account sales in North America outpaced customer attrition in May and June. "That's the first time that's happened in three years, he said."" = More recurring revenue/better bottom line.
Anyway, considering how much we sponsor that is sports related, it is still a viable alternative.
Hockey, Arena Football, NCAA, Indy, LPGA, PGA and the list goes on and on.

As I said in my post - I would love for ADT / TYC to step up. I think they would be a great sponsor.
I would like to celebrate after we have a stadium deal signed and the construction begins. I personally dont care what they call the stadium. Just get in built…
