The fans went CRAZY when Harmon Hurdled a man almost standing straight up !

Don't understand the "interference" call. A USF player ran into the USF kicker by trying to block a FAU player - how is that our penalty  ????
I see this as a very bad Big East favored call. Correct me if I am wrong here.
