The band definitely must develop it's own character and attitude which the old one lack. Something about the khaki uniforms just never made us look serious as a band, now with the right director, a little innovation you could pull off that casual look - it is football in paradise!!

On page 11 and 12 there are some good pics of the old band. I actually don't mind the hawaii style shirts, maybe we could make them look like tropical warriors or something??

I like the tropical idea though
