But a few questions:

- is Gilchrist still on the team? Last we talked, he would be transferring due to an obvious concern, and the reason he was underrecruited. (grades)

- why didn't Glinton redshirt? He was supposed to be soooo goooood. Why waste a year and have a guy like him play special teams?

- just an aside, will we have the best wideouts in the conference next year? I think it is entirely possibly and even probable. Just look at Dukes, Mckinney, and Stoshak. Then add in the fact that we are getting Mccants and Whitehead…. WOW.

If you are speaking of Jeremy Glinton, he did redshirt.  He played with AJ (Adrian Burton)  in little league and is a long time family friend.

Let me correct myself, he did not redshirt, sorry for the misinformation.

I was going to say, I'm almost positive Glinton didn't redshirt.

Im reading somewhere that spring practice starts on Monday at 915am and is open to the public. Can anyone confirm this intel? lol.

Ask and was told they were closed, as the release that went yesterday afternoon said this:

"Spring practice begins Monday, March 18. It will be an open practice to the media. Practice begins at 9:15 a.m."

However, I have asked again to verify…

Thanks Rick for find out. Since I'm down at campus Monday mornings anyway, it be great to catch a little bit of the practices. I know every other Owl fan would like to know too. lol.

Per FAU, the practice is closed and only open to the media…

It's ok, they will be in shorts and t's only due to the acclimation period required by the NCAA.

Im really excited about this group lots of big play ability/great hands/ Dukes is my man while Stoshak is a great story with great talent i didnt realize how fast he was until he ran away from all the Fiu db's last year. while mckinney plays wr he's built like a LB and brings toughness to the position. then after that its alot of unproven players if Cunningham can stay healthy i believe he can contribute to the team. Ishmar/Gilchrist/and Mccants will have to improve on their work ethic from what i hear they dont like to put in as much work as the rest.  All we need is a Qb to get the ball to our play makers
