FAU said it was going to be scaled back some what…they will run drills, but no patterns…weights as well…

Rick, do you know the reason for this?  I imagine guys like Spitale, Matlock and even Harmon need to show their strength numbers.  And with no pro day throwing, Rusty has a better chance of winning the lottery than getting drafted.

Seems like an odd decision by FAU.

** It was reported that Frantz Joseph would be taking part in today's drills, has yet to take part in any drills.

They finished the first set of drills.

Rusty & the receivers did take part in longer then usual throwing session.


Also Greg Joseph was left off the list of participants above.

Hope that is a good sign for at least one of our guys, I don't care who it is.

Was standing next to Harmon's agent….

He had him clocked at a 4.61

Also told me he's got workout's set up with Jax, Tampa and Miami but its still early

At 215 pounds he thinks Harmon is only seen as a WR


Willie Rose ran somewhere around 4.5 from what i heard.

This past Saturday (Mar. 6), the NFL blogged about FAU's Pro Day. More specifically, the NFL blogged about "the three more prominent prospects worth watching": Smith, Harmon and Spitale.

Don't know why they didn't mention Rose.

Gotta love the language being thrown around:

Man it would be beautiful if he could be picked up, even if it was way late in the Draft.
