We have between 15-20 people heading up for the weekend. We ordered our tickets and booked our hotel rooms months ago. The Reitz Union hotel on campus has a lottery system to allocate rooms during football weekends, and we were able to get 3. I believe the Owl Club will be setting up at the Reitz on game day as well. As for booking rooms now, you may get lucky and snag a cancellation, but all the hotels I checked in G'ville are already booked up.

There's always the RV option.

If you all have any questions about tailgating, hotels, etc., ask away. I just got back from there with the Troy contingent.

Hotel-wise, find something off 13th Street (U.S. 441), or better yet, off Newberry Road or Archer Road near I-75. You might be forced ito something in or close to Ocala (much better rates).

Expect a mix of very friendly Gator fans, a smaller number of complete jerks ("Gator bait!") who are mostly students and younger adults, and some who are just dismissive.

On the Troy board there is a pretty funny story about a Gator fan who - while doing the "chomp" from a car, kept swerving in and out between the Troy team buses until the car clipped one of them and crashed off I-75 into the woods.

I'll be there with some UF friends and a bunch of people from FAU. Being an alumni of both UF and FAU,I'm a bit torn about the matchup, but on the bright site I win either way!

Did anyone get there tixx yet? Or does anyone know when we will get them? I am seeing them on ebay for huge $$. Also anyone know for sure where the seats are?? Shelly said before she left - lower corner endzone low rows. I have some firends with season tixx that didnt origianlly get UF tixx, do u think they can get them now?
