It's first come, first serve. There is no preferred parking unless you're a big wig with U Texas.

I suggest taking the Alumni charter bus. It's $15 per person round trip from the team hotel. Parking a car is probably $10 or $15 anyway. Then again, rumor has it you are packing six into a mini-van, so it may be cost efficient for you to do it that way.

And everyone is going to be pre-gaming the pre-game tailgate anyway, so it's best to get on the alumni bus.

u staying at the team hotel?  we are trying to move over with the help of IamOwl, but the contact he gave us to call at campus never answers the stupid phone….u know how we can piggy back on with the schools order?

Right now, the team hotel is apparantly out of rooms that have two beds and/or cots. So if you want the FAU rate, I can try to pull a string or two, but know that you'll be in a single bed room….. if so, call me. Your messages has my number

Smitty: Thanks for asking. Yep, we're set for tix, etc. A friend from Boca (who is coming with his wife) usually set up things. He's the custodian of my season tickets (as well as his). BTW, we also are going to Michigan State. My trip from Denver to East Lansing involves Planes, Trains and Automobiles. (I originally considered including a ferry boat ride across Lake Michigan, but decided against that because you never know about mid-September weather out on the lake.) The trip should be fun anyway.

Same here. We'll be at the team hotel, the Airport Hilton. Here's an embarrassing confession: My wife of 30-plus years is a Texas grad. Yikes! Anyway, she knows the territory around Austin – or at least she used to. (She cheers for the Owls these days, fortunately, and does not – repeat, does not – contribute to the Texas-Exes.)
