I honestly don't know what they are basing it one. Last year's teams(both) are vastly different.

I trust me. FIU will step it up. It's only a matter of time. We have the same type of athletes. Fast and aggressive on defense and steady on offense.

Oh, is this smack talk from an FAU fan? C'mon, be honest. If it wasn't for Howard Schnellenberger, ya'll would suck to high heaven. I'd like to see Howie try to resurrect Vandy football. It's much easier to build a program in the state of Florida where football is a recruiting hotbed. Of course, FAU is going to be good. Look where your school is positioned geographically! Of course, Howard is going to win alot of games, look where his recruiting is at.

But this is one thing I know for a fact, as good as Schnellie may be, he could never be that good of a coach if he was at Vandy or Duke!

Just wait until ya'll have to comply by the 1-A rules. Ya'll won't have all those Prop-48 BC$ rejects like Bynes and Embick all over your roster.

Hell if it wasn't for Bobby Bowden(FSU),Lou Saban(LSU),Pete Carroll(USC),Larry Coker(UM),Fulmer(UT) their teams would suck to high heaven too. Coaches make a difference. Maybe you guys should get one of you own. It helps in football games!

And what makes you such an expert here? A good coach will mold his talent to win. You build it and they will come. Your guy have some talent on that team. Don't hate the players…hate your coach!

Again I say. Give me names of transfers who played in the game. Didn't you ALSO have a trans at WR?? Embick didn't hurt you guys! Allen did. Parker did. Taylor did. Tellis did. Hughley did. Rodgers did. Crissinger-Hill did. Laskowski did. Gray did. Should I go on? Those are not transfers.

You are right about one thing. You actually did have us at a 10 point loss. A few posters actually gave us some respect. But others had us 41-13. 45-24. 34-17. I can go on.

I'm from the old school of football. I look at things a little different having played and coached on the defensiive side of the ball most of my career.

The opposing defense usually have something to do with the offense playing like $hit!!

I am normally very mellow and neutral. Giving credit and praise to the opponents. Looking at the time of your post maybe you are still drowning your sorrows. But to let loose like that and don't expect a full throttle return is just irrational! We may lose all the remaining games. That still won't take away your sting of the last two years.

For once I have kept quite about alot of stuff being said
about FAU and I would normally blow steam off, but you said what needed to be say.

I will only add that we do have to abide by Division 1 rule now - What is your point you are trying to make anyway.

If this is any consolation to you we don't even have 85 players playing that are under scholarship right now (23 of those are red-shirt freshman), heck I know for a fact that we where under the max allowed for D-1AA last year of 65 - hope that make you feel better.
