Edgecomb had 118 yards and Pierre had 84. Pierre might have gotten 100 too if he didn't get injured. FAU brought in the 4th string RB.

UNT obviously has been watching the game films. They tried what other teams were successful with. They started throwing long and had some success. They even tried the on side kick which if I am not mistaken FAU is 0-2 in recovering when kicked to them.

Considering the circumstances I thought the owls played pretty well, granted once we got a sizeable lead the wheels fell off and we let UNT back in the game but we were running the ball pretty well and Clayton wasn't terrible. Some errant passes here and there but overall not too shabby. Did anyone see that Danston Dareus catch in 3rd quarter? He tipped it to himself and brought it in while being hit. Where was this guy all season???

Dangston has be more elusive than Big Foot this year! He's had good games,bad games,don't even bother to show up games,etc….
