Not really over. Omar is great, but Troy has a couple of guys in the wings that can play QB.
Omar is tough. He has a bruised finger, but has been pretty accurate despite the injury. If Troy's conservative coach hadn't called off the dogs and gone to an ineffective run-up-the-middle offense for the entire fourth quarter, the Trojans would have easily hung 60 on OSU, and Omar would have had 400-plus yards by the air.
And they left points on the field before the half by running out of TOs and not getting out of bounds.
Next year look for a couple of excellent QBs (one redshirted this year who had offers at Kentucky, South Carolina and elsewhere). He's a spread specialist.
Troy's supposedly solid D-line needs to be shored up. It is not producing and Troy has been susceptible to the run. Pass defense is pretty good on the Wiregrass. I'm a bit worried about a letdown game this weekend verus a very P.O.'d (loss to McNeese State) ULL.
Love ya BMarkey, your an Owl Faithful with Troy on the burner…
BUT, i have done my homework, and the Troy offense minus Omar is NOT the same…no ground attack from the QB - big loss…
Just MHO though

We have others who are silent on offense, two at least.
