Re: FEARLESS PREDICTIONS: FAU @ MICHIGAN STATE

The defense is definitely more accustomed to playing this style of offense, yet it's another one of these BIG OOC road games.  We have struggled in the past with these games & playing for a full 60 minutes.

Michigan St. does have a pretty good offense much like we do, but I just don't see us having enough horse power to win this one.

It will take a HUGE and solid execution efforts &  error free football to stay competitive - if we can accomplish this then the chances will be there for a W.

I would love to see the defense play with more purpose & recklessness - create some turnovers guys.

The running game will dictate how successful we are on offense, if we can run effectively on the Spartans, then I can see us scoring 21-38 pts if not it will be under 21pts.

The Spartans will score points, so the defense will have to come up with some stops & turnovers.  This is a BIG difference from last year where we were at the top in the Nation in takeaways.  Good game as any to turn it around in that department.

Spartans 38 FAU 27

I know this doesn't make sense but I have a gut feeling.  Defense plays a solid game and Rusty is in perfect form backed up by outstanding receiving and running.

MSU  38

Bad weather…..not as much scoring as we would like……FAU 20 MSU 17

Man…I know most people are biased toward their own team, but many of you are simply delusional!  Do you really think FAU will hold MSU to 17 points (MSU put up 31 @ Cal) when FAU has one of the worst defenses in the country?  The rainy day they are expecting will play to MSU's strength (running, power football) and I am expecting the small FAU D Line to get tossed around like rag dolls and Javon Ringer will have a huge day for MSU.  The rain certainly will not help out FAU…however, MSU's secondary is suspect to begin with and several of those players are injured and will not play tomorrow.

Not trying to flame, but some of these predictions blow my mind.

My Pick: MSU 49     FAU 20

I guess we did hold them to 17 points……hmmmm
