Some of us commited to a 5-year contract and we paid a 10% down payment for the full 5 upfront and then we would be charged 10% less each season.  It is a whole new staff so that 10% piece got lost in the shuffle.  They are now aware of it and as Tim stated, it is being corrected.

There may be no issues with the majority of invoices.

So when you get your invoice, does the price include the mandatory donation?  I have 4 tickets for Hyundai Sideline at $250 a piece.  I don't see a separate line item for the donation.

Yes…it includes your donation as well.  It's not broken out, and you don't have to pay the athletics and the Foundation.  They will take care of it.

Got our renewal today in the mail. Doing it this year, and its defintley cheaper this year.
