Try hanging around the field for an autograph, word with a player or coach, to chat about the game, finish your drink or whatever. The Lockhart Stadium "security" folks will rudely tell you to to leave. I am surprised they don't shut off the lights 5 minutes after a game.

Contrast that with Troy (or many other on-campus facilities, I'm sure) and you will find several thousand people in the end zone for a half-hour to hour-long post-game concert by the band, hundreds of people walking on the playing surface, kids throwing footballs and flying discs, people making photos of themselves with the stadium in the background, vendors selling team gear in kiosks and more.

I long for the day when FAU games are on campus and that kind of fan-building atmosphere is normal.
