When your demand exceeds your available space, you can tack on all sorts of mandatory donations.

On another note, one thing I was wondering while at the UF game is why they don't expand the Swamp to hold more than 90k people? I think they could expand it to 100, 110k and still do very well. If the demand is there, the money is there, you'd think they would do it.

1.  My UF friend I was referencing, his family has had tickets for close to 40 years.  UF was quite irrelevant then in college football.  They still charged a donation to order season tickets.  The upside is, his family's donation is not as much as other people's.  It has to do with your length of time as a season ticket holder.

2.  UF is expanding.  They will be adding more luxury suites and completing the upperdeck I believe.

If and when FAU gets ranked in basketball and/or football the given venue will be sold out.  I remember when we were challenging for the Atlantic Sun Championship in basketball the entire bleachers were full for every game.  If we do get ranked the fans will show up from everywhere.
