This storm have ruined my plans to sit and enjoy our first game. I live in south palm beach county and unless tomorrow's  track is more defined and  more to the north, my next two days will be spent preparing my properties. This really stinks. So looking forward to the season, only to have something out of my control ruin week one.

This seems to always happen around our biggest games…"weather" it be lightning, thunderstorms, or hurricanes…

GROSS.

On a side note, maybe UCF won't be able to prepare as much as they would hope to.

That update definitely made me feel a bit better but still a ways out.  In my 50+ years living in South Florida this one has scared me the most.  Andrew should have but I was young and stupid.  A royal palm split my car in two during Andrew. Andrew was pointed at southern Pam Beach County and veered south at the last minute and even though the models have gotten much more accurate since Andrew this thing is dangerous.

Take this seriously until we know for sure and pray for those in the eventual path, it’s going to be ugly.

Right there with you dusky. I Put in a 12 hour day preparing. Just got home to some nice news. My opinion, the way the news is today, they would never have posted a path change had it not been fairly certain. I may actually watch football and drink lots of beer tomorrow.

Jupiter beach club and spa are allowing us to cancel the day of (Tuesday). Really nice of them. Boca beach clun isn't being as friendly since we booked through Southwest. We will have to make a decision tomorrow by midnight.

Some more bad news, Dorian has been upgraded to Cat 5. You folks in Florida be safe and take care of you and yours.
