Its 1 game, the sky is not falling. We always seem to play to the level of our competition.

Next week we may come out and give USF a hell of a game. Do I expect to win? No of course not. But the way this team has been over the years they'll come out and possibly have a lead at half time

We seem to play down to our opponents…I felt the players lacked some intensity at time.  Play calling was very conservatives in the 1st half, not sure why.

Unfortunately, losing games like these keep you from going bowling…

The team we saw last night was not the team we saw the first 2 games of the season. Not sure why. Way too many mistakes by players and coaching staff. Hopefully we have been humiliated enough to come back play like we did against UAB. HOWEVER - we better bring some coaches in who know how to stop the run -hell 119 other coaches know how - find someone, do something !!!! Offensive play calling just stinks and has since Nord left. We had 2 WEEKS to prepare for this team.  Put players on the field that can execute - not the same old ones that make the same mistakes year after year. Do you not even try to develop the 3's and 4's or has the coaching staff given up too !!!!! This is what you are paid to do - teach, coach, fire up your team and make sure your team executes !!

I'm not questioning what Howard has done for this program.But there is a time when you can take it so far and how we play the next couple of seasons can really effect what conference we play in for the next 20 years you can't afford to waste time

Bottom line, Howard does get to coach in the new stadium, and I'm the biggest HS fan there is, but if we're still seeing games like this next year, it's probably time for Howard to hang it up.

That's not hypocrisy. Howard gets a statue because he built a football program out of nothing. He could lose every game from now until his retirement and he'd still be due that honor.
