I like where everybody's mind is, but let's take care of the biggest problem first before renovations and new construction:

Let' s work with the City/County and relocate Boca Airport all the way to WEST BOCA. And  I mean WEEEEEEST BOCA. All the way where Glades Rd meets Palmetto Pk Road. Yes, damn near the everglades.

Then FAU claims said property, takes care of parking around campus, and makes room for other new construction. And now we won't even have to worry about building height restriction, now that that airport would be gone.

LOVE the idea and so would thousands of fly over residents who have to listen to the noise.

Part of my empire would be to help you guys transition into a dedicated office with full-time journalists (UP alumni, most likely) to cover sports, recruiting, Greek life, housing and town-gown reports. The site itself would undergo upgrades of course to include real time Facebook-esque pinging in the window tab to show a new post has arrived.

Unless you don't want my money of course ;)

Forgot a couple things.
1.) 10 million to the TON.
2.) 5 million to upgrade the WiFi at FAU Stadium.
