So I thought that maybe someone on here would have a link and that is when I stumbled upon this thread. Geez!!!! Have I earned myself some "Owl Wings" for all of that? I just got to thinking, after the whole process, that a new program - trying to build a fanbase and connect with their alumni network; would have a simple "Listen to the Game" link on the website. I kept thinking that I must be just missing a simple link; maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place… but I guess that there is no link.
Maybe they don't have a radio crew there at Clemson? Is that possible? Surely they have radio crews at every game, don't they?
BTW - sorry to be long winded, this whole thing just pissed me off! I think that the problem lies with that affiliation with CSS, or whatever company that is that FAU has chosen to "outsource" your site to. They probably want to charge for everything, including radio broadcasts, and just haven't gotten around to linking it yet. You can't just got to FAUSPORTS.com - it automatically redirects you to the outsourced site. SO FRIGGIN FRUSTRATING!!!
But I love the Sun Belt and am a new fan of the Owls. They impressed me with the IAA playoff run, then with a solid win AT Hawaii, and solidified their potential by beating us in Denton (and then again at home). If the Owls are a solid team, the Sun Belt is a better conference. If the Belt is better, North Texas is more respected. I will always cheer for the Owls; unless they are playing my Mean Green!

That is exactly the problem. Owl Radio currently doesn't have the man-power or the rights to broadcast sports games so athletics turned everything over to css. I do know there are people working hard at Owl Radio trying to change this.

Meanwhile, for those who have Sirius satellite radio, check out this link. Some Sun Belt games (not FAU at Kansas State, unfortunately) are on next Saturday. The following Saturday (Sept. 16), the Oklahoma State broadcast of FAU at Oklahoma State is on Sirius. Future schedules have not been announced.

By the way, the FAU game at Clemson was on the othr satellite radio provider, XM. Too bad no one at FAU had time to check and let us know. Perhaps someone will monitor the Sirius and XM schedules and get the word out….
