JUCO's, while good depth stop gaps, should NOT be the way any team is built. Take one, maybe two, each recruiting cycle only if your depth is that bad, but be sure to recruit a few of the same position in that cycle to build it.
Anyway, back to our future coach, the key will be who else he surrounds himself with, which has me concerned. Other than Nebraska, he doesn't have stops that make you think about impressive coaching trees. Filling out this staff with good coaches may prove to be the bigger challenge.
