I don't necessarily know that he would be used a traditional bulldozer type of FB. He doesn't have the body or the skill set. However, put him in motion out of the backfield and all of a sudden you have another receiver and a good one at that when the defense has the personel in to defend the run. Harmon provides teams with options. He gives them more bang for their buck. He can line up in the backfield, at H-back, in the slot, or at TE. He is very athletic and he is the type of player that can create mismatches in the right scheme and with the right playcalling. This makes him of potentially more value than say a 235-240 pound banger like Willie Rose or many of the other true FBs on the board.

LOL i found out about this a while ago. I thought it was a mistake, so I just ignored it. Now that I read up on how you guys see him as a potential FB it does make a little sense. The only thing that I dont understand is why is CBS sportsline the only website with this info. ESPN, Foxsports Etc. dont have him listed as a FB nor ranked in any position. I really hope Harmon or Smith get drafted. Dammit we need this bad. And a damn stadium. Go owls!

As stated Harmon will provide a team with plenty options; He is the new hybird NFL player. Harmon will be the 1ST. player drafted from FAU to go to the NFL. Good luck Jason. Make the OWLS PROUD.
