If they had stayed healthy they might of had a shot. UDFA's have to have EVERYTHING go right for them to make the team and unfortuantely it didnt for Harmon and Rose.

Well that would explain his car being back in the driveway.  I will post when I've had a chance to talk to him and see what his plans are now.  Thanks for the info, not what I wanted to hear though….

I spoke with Jason's mother today, he was released and then placed on IR.  She said his camp was going great, even the GM of the Jags told Jason that he was doing really well.  He was catching everything thrown at him and was having a great time.  He will  be out for the season but the Jags have told him to report for rehab so good news if there really is any in this situation.

Better news for Jason!  Rose will also get a second chance at a career in the NFL–they are too good not to make a roster.

I spoke with Jason today, he's on crutches from his surgery 2 weeks ago.  2 more weeks on the crutches and then rehab.  He's in great spirits and looking forward to getting  back on the field.  He said things were going well and he thought he had a good chance to make the team.  I asked him if the veterans have been helpful and he said yeah, that even though everyone is trying to win a position, it's still a real team feeling and everyone is nice, it's not as cut throat as you think.  He also said it was really cool when people ask for his autograph.

Jason has a great attitude, described the experience so far as a "rush" and he'll be making an impact in his career, I'm sure.

You know, everyone says it but he really is a good kid with fantastic parents, some of the nicest people I know.

The latest I have is that Jason is off his crutches and waiting for the ok to start jogging.  The second he got off the crutches he jumped in his new truck as he couldn't wait to finally drive it.  He has since moved into an apartment in Jacksonville and I'm assuming he's rehabbing.  He is on Facebook if you want to look him up.
