It is my opinion (unfortunately) that unless Rusty did some things in practice last year later in the season that were very impressive, I believe they will go out and sign a veteran with the intention of the vet starting and Rusty and Locker will battle for backup.

I find it hard to believe that they will start the year with Rusty as their listed starter and a rookie as the backup and then a vet as number three or even 2nd position in front of Locker.
