i interned with the basketball team for the past 2 years and i have friends in oxley, obviously… i have a friend who has told me it's over… i am not going to spread his name across the board because that would would be inappropriate… GET OVER IT… geez… stop being so intimidated

i am glad you have "inside" information… i am glad you get to get your "jollys" privately… what you do in your own room on your own time, is your business… i don't even want to think about that, to be quite honest

One or two of FAU, ULL, or ASU will get in, at most. Who would sell the most tickets? It's a very tough case to make for FAU. The SBC needs to create a second "real" bowl slot. Next year with WKU joining the conference there will certainly be multiple eligible teams again. USA will also have footballs soon.

The admin needs to balance the revenue from the games vs. Texas, Nebraska, etc. vs. a postseason appearance. I would always choose a bowl over a 30+ point loss.

I completely agree and have been saying this for years. If you are going to schedule a Texas and get $900,000 to lose, then at least schedule one FCS team to balance that out. There's no reason a FAMU or Bethune Cookman can't be brought down here each year. They have a fanbase that will buy some tickets and we get (hopefully) a win out of the deal. One of Ark. State's wins was over Texas Southern or something like that can be the difference between going bowling or staying home.
