He quit because he didn't get his way. If he would of stayed he would probably been backup but he thought he was too good for that. His play might sort of suck but his attitude definately SUCKS.

They need to talk to Clayton about handling disappointments. Your attitude determines your altitude. Unless there is some other issue, I can't believe Gagne was such a big baby. How often in college football do players get demoted when they don't play well enough. Gagne must think he's the only one it has ever happened to and its not fair.

I look for the kid that gets demoted and comes back and kicks ass or gets hurt and drops off the charts and has to fight his way back for a spot. That is heart, that is the love of the game, when you want it bad enough you want to do better and work harder then you ever worked before. It's better for you and for the team because you aren't going to want a guy next to you that is going to bulls&%t and waste everybody's time.

Never ever quit and never stop trying because someone is always in the wings waiting to get the shot. At the end of the day if you know in your heart you did the best you could that is all that can do.
