We need to set up a rally point for all of us to meet and set up. We'll start the ball rolling on die hard, crazy tailgating….

I promise I won't bring in any of my soccer hooligan tendancies ;D although England will dominate World Cup 2006 8-)

ANYWAY, back to football, if we can show alot of support in the stands it will truly motivate our new team especially as most are new and fresh from HS.

I'm still waiting to buy a couple of season tickets. ANY NEWS - What were the best sections again (where all the true fans sit)?

Boone02, if you can make the Spring Game this weekend you can get a chart and ticket info from the athletic department.

I think I'm gonna try and make it. I haven't been on campus for a while do you think it will it be OK to bring the kids (4 and 15 months)? I'm looking forward to picking up some of that used gear too. What time is best to show up?

By all means bring the kids! They will have bleachers available. The open area near the patio(more seats) and rear Oxley entrance may be open for the kids to run around too. It all depends on where the vendors set up.

Hard to say a good time to arrive. 11:30-12 may not be too bad. The earlier the better for the pick of the uni's.

The Spring Game will also be an opportunity for Owl fans to purchase old game jerseys, as well as equipment surpluses: warm-ups, sweats and other athletic gear. The Spring Game will also be an opportunity to purchase 2005 season tickets and will host a kids area with bounce houses.

Does anyone know if we can tailgate for this thing (the spring practice)? TeamBeer would like to get a little off-season practice in! I remember trying to host an all night tailgate prior to the first season and the police were not too fond of our move. Think anything has changed?

Check with the athletic department. They may have the grill and drinks going themselves this year. I don't know if alcohol is allowed in the parking lot /grassy area in front of the ticket office.
