Look at Keyonvis Bouie at FIU. Coach Foster said no one from FAU even called about him. If we get a couple kids from the Glades to come to FAU, you'll see a pipeline of talent follow in the years after. Plus attendance would double just from their family and friends traveling out for games.
Just wait and see how many people come out from Belle Glade to see Glades Central graduate Omar Haugabook on Saturday.

In my honest opinion, you guys need to go after a young coach that will come in and build upon the foundation CHS has laid, not someone that will come in and tear it down to build it his way, or demand more out of what has already been built.
I know that's not the norm these days for many schools, but you look at some of the programs that were built from nothing to top notch programs (or close to it) it was young guys (in coaching eyes, not necessarily 20s or 30s) coming in and building upon that was already there in most cases. Bobby Bowden, Joe Paterno, Danny Ford (sorry, had to throw in a Clemson coach), Bobby Petrino and Frank Beamer to name a few. Sure some of those schools had success before these coaches, but nothing similar to what they had during their tenure.
I really don't have a list for you guys, because you don't know who'll rise up or be available in three to five years. I'm just really saying this in hopes that FAU doesn't fall for a name coach that can't rise them any further after CHS leaves like so many others. I seriously believe, that for great success to happen in college football for a coach and/or school, it has to be the right person at the right school.
