I disagree with your list I think Harmon has the best shot he's a tweener (TE, WR) but if he can put on a couple lbs and have a good pro day and play well in the NvsS game (which I believe all 3 can and will happen) he will get drafted, with Spitale you can't teach size I think he can be a pretty good guard in the right scheme but I think Rose goes before him even though FB is kind of a lost position he was one of the only constants for two 1000 yd backs that says a lot, then Spitale then Smith.

I mean, he would have to put on like 25lbs…that's a lot…

This thread is a bit humorous.  It sounds like a thread that FIU would discuss and I would make fun of.

We were a middle-of-the-road SunBelt team and most likely a bottom 20 team in the country and we have come up with 6 or 7 names to be at the combine or be drafted and we have never had a player drafted, (I am uncertain whether we have had a player invited to the combine).

It may be time for: A reality check!!  ;D

Unfortunately I have to agree. We don't have any real draftable seniors other than maybe Rusty as a 6-7 rounder. I don't think any guys will get invited to the combine.

What has FIU ever done in football? They got someone drafted. It's not always about how you do in the standings as opposed to how you do on the field.

When UCF was probably still in the MAC and a middle of the road MAC team they got people drafted.

We've never landed a draft worthy candidate, that is obvious…

But, what's wrong with talking about it?? Lol…

I Hope we get someone in this year, but what does it truly matter?  I mean, we play for results at THIS level…and given our results as a team who is just nine years old, not disappointed…

Just to throw out some figures regarding the other aforementioned teams:

FIU:  0 Bowls, 0 Conference Championships
UCF: 0-3 in Bowls, 1 Conference Championship
FAU: 2-0 in Bowls, 1 "Co"-Conference Championship

Maybe not invited to the combine or even drafted but I think we definitely have plenty of talented seniors that could be invited to some of the camps.  That is the best we could hope for!  Good Luck to all of them!!!!

Ok, It's just opinions.  No one is banking in anyone of these guys getting drafted.
