I hear ya man, I can easily get myself psyched up for the football season but I've been an Owl fan long enough to wait until I see what product is on the field before I get excited. Beating MSU is going to be hard even if we have a good team, so lets not get too hyped about that one.

UAB is a game to get excited about. Hopefully there's some vengeance in the minds of returning players after being b*tch slapped last year in B-Ham. We win that one and start feeling good about our chances going to Detroit, playing indoors, but they're still a Big 10 team with Big 10 talent, I'm pretty sure their receivers are as fast as ours. We lose that game in the trenches and we don't have the advantage of playing in 100 degree Miami weather…
