I think the reason for the line is that this is a game that most gamblers know nothing about so they look at last years game and some very bacis over views and set up a line to stimulate the betting and then the line will move where the money goes. I think this line will shrink as the money goes to FAU and there is more analysis of the game.

If your going to bet take the FAU with the 13 because it will most likely go down as time goes on, IMO.
