I look at it this way:

2012 - 3-5 wins  (Probably closer to 3)
2013 - 5-7  (Hopefully bowl eligible)
2014 - 6+ (Bowl game for sure)
2015 - 8+  (Win conf. + Bowl game)
2016 - 8+  (Same)

I think those are attainable goals and I think we would be happy if things worked out like that

FAU - We got Bowls!

this looks  better

2012 - 6+ wins
2013 - 10+  (top 25)
2014 - 11-1 (top 15)
2015 - 12-0  (BCS Bowl)
2016 - 12-0  (BCS Bowl)

but if that were that case, we would lose Pelini after 2013.

If we are going to BCS bowls and selling about 18,000 seats, then we could easily afford to pay CP (or any other coach) about $4 million.

Can you explain to me why he would leave our job with that kind of notoriety, that he will have built, with such a salary and a fan base who would praise him as the second coming? (the first being Schnelly)

I was only saying that Bracewell is not a spread QB.  I'm counting on Curtis to run the spread next year.  I think that kid has a bright future.
