Quoting Student Body President Ayden Maher's Facebook status earlier today: "Just got done meeting with Carl Pelini. He's the right guy for the job and will take FAU to the next level."
Then when asked if Pelini will run the spread: "Yes. He will run an uptempo offense that will audible at the line. He hopes to have a 50/50 run/passing game."
Looks like we will be using the same style of O that UF and Oregon made so popular, the same style that hes beat us so badly over the past couple years.
I like this move as it compliments our teams main strength, speed.  We pull a large majority of our players from this great state, and what is Florida's claim to fame when it comes to our athletes?  The fastest and most athletic football players, period.
