But it does bring up a question.  Where do people get the impression that we are arrogant?  I've read the message boards of a lot teams, and I personally think we rank pretty low on the arrogance scale.  I have never seen anyone here bash another school.  We aren't rude to opponents fans like some other message boards…in fact we are harder on eachother then anyone else.  I don't get it.

I think we dish out as much as we get. If you come in here swinging, expect us to swing back.

Plus you have the usual collection of people who agree or disagree… some felt that we had a chance against Texas and apparently that's a heinous crime. That's what you get on a messageboard: as many opinions as facts, delivered anonymously by people who have nothing to lose because they're not standing in front of you.

In Texas, their fans were apparently very nice to FAU fans. In Michigan, same thing. I had no problems at UF either. On the internet however you have people who are in a compromised state (whether by alcohol, rudeness, superiority complex, immaturity, etc) that get their rocks off on flaming others. It's pathetic.
