Points well taken and I do believe the OL and DL will do well. The OL was begining to jell last season pretty good and between last years recruits and the new incoming adding to what we already have they should do very well.

I agree O.G. that the SBC should be our goal this year - the OC games will be brutal, yet a positive for the future of this program.

I look forward to see how this team develops. Camp will be interesting - a bunch of starting spots to be filled and a bunch of hungry kids wanting those position, this should make for some interesting battles and bring everybody to a higher level of play. Oh, how exciting ;D

I like the low ranking, it makes it easier for us to be a sleeper and get good pub for our wins this year. As long as we beat FIU this year, and get another decent recruiting class. I think next season (2006) will be our first New Orleans Bowl appearance!!

I like your thinking mh2os - the exposure we did receive this year was from beating team we weren't suppose to, plus we do play pretty good as underdog now don't we Hopefully we can continue to turns heads this year.

And do very good on the road if I might add!!!

If we can play a close game in any of the big three (Kansas, OSU, or Louisville) we should really improve our position. Is the OSU game scheduled for ProPlayer or Lockhart? Any word on the possibility of a game being televised on ESPN? GO OWLS!!!

Proplayer definite and a rumor about TV is that it will be but to early to know for sure. Rumor is very weal at this point.

This may just be the biggest game for FAU football. Oklahoma St. at home - with a great fan turn-out (hopefully) and a possible TV deal - that's SWEET.

we got a great shot of being on tv and satisfying our atttendance for the whole season. I hope the NCAA is looking at our schedule.
With all these new starters I think its going to be a long day but I'm still going to fly in with some other alums. Nothing like Miami in early September…. I say our best shot at this game is that humidity will be so absurd that oak state won't be able to breath past the first quarter.
