Great date in history: 9/23/06
Oklahoma 59-0 MTSU
What a game. Why have you not mentioned this game BRP? You seem to talk about all the others. At least we scored against Clemson, USC, and OSU. Your team was so pathetic they couldn't even score a simple FG. Quality!
Against a nationally ranked Oklahoma team that was coming off a contraversial loss at Oregon the week before. We did get shut-out on the road at Oklahoma. It could be worse. Getting shut-out at home in a conference game at the hands of Louisiana would be much more damaging.

BRP never changes, same bull**** every year. I'm having flash backs to all three other times we've played him. He says the same stuff every year, I just try to ignore it. He talks down every single football program in the country, no matter who it is. I wouldn't be surprised if he said The Ohio State University suck and MTSU could beat them.
I'm realistic. South Carolina may have pounded you guys, but they did show vulnerabilities when they struggled to beat 1-AA Wofford. They have us in a sandwich game toward the end of the season right before their season finale against Clemson. We have the chance to surprise them.
But we have something going for us this year that we haven't had the last three times we've played FAU. We have a good coaching staff–one that isn't predictable and one that can motivate our team to win in crunch time.
