Questions for Coach

It's been half a season. It doesn't take that much time. These kids have been playing football for most of there lives. A play book and an offensive doesn't take years to learn. The guy calling the plays looks like he needs to learn his own system because running the same plays that doesn't work week after week is why this team is losing. If the fans think that a few new players coming in can change the apathy on both sides of the ball then they are dreaming. Its talent in this team, the coaches simply doesn't know how to use it.
So I guess the Washington State fans are saying the same thing about Mike Leach and his coaching staff right?

Re: Questions for Coach
Games are WON & LOST on Special Teams,… 3 blocked field goals is not acceptable.
New kicker or not, he is not the one blocking everyone back, the rest of the team is.
PRACTICE SPECIAL TEAMS A LOT!!!!!!

Lets talk economics…and that's all you have to talk about regarding whether or not you think Pelini should be shown the door (I do not think he should, even though I think coaching was a HUGE part in this loss). He does not get fired after 1 year because? We would have to buy out his contract! I don't know how closely you follow the program, but we have a pretty large debt service commitment on a new building on the north side of campus which doesn't have a name. So let be conservative and say his buy-out is not his entire remaining base contract but does he leave with less than $500k? I don't think so. Then you have to hire a new coach at at least $450k? Not going to happen. $1 million dollars in coaching commitments, plus debt service? Did we get a new booster named Boone Pickens or Phil Knight? To suggest he is going to be fired after one year (whether Chun wants him gone or not) is just wasting key strokes…time to move on.
Here is the buyout language from his contract.
B. Termination Obligations. 1. Termination by University Without Cause. In the event this Agreement is terminated by the University without cause, Coach's employment with the University shall cease on the date that written notice is delivered, and Coach shall be entitled to continued payment of his Annual Salary as set forth in Section 5.A. above for the period of either: (i) one year from termination; (ii) the remaining term of this Agreement; or (iii) the date Coach begins employment in any other position, whichever is shortest. Coach agrees to provide the University advance notice of employment elsewhere. No further compensation or obligations, including but not limited to position reassignment, will be due and owing from either party, except as required by law.
2. Termination by University For Cause. In the event this Agreement is terminated by the University for cause (as defined herein), Coach's employment with the University shall cease on the date that written notice is delivered, and Coach shall not be entitled to any further compensation or benefits whatsoever except as required by law. For the purposes of this subsection 2, "cause" shall be defined as any act or omission that amounts to gross neglect of Coach's duties; grave dishonesty; conduct unbecoming a head coach; insubordination or derogatory comments that adversely affect the University, the Program or the University's athletics department

Re: Questions for Coach
Did you expect the team to struggle under your leadership to the degree it has?
You wrote up an elaborate plan to get hired, how much of that plan has been implemented? How long until your plan is implemented and results are seen?
How would you grade the job you and your staff has done up to this point?
QB play has been fairly good and fairly consistent which was unexpected. Why hasn't that led to wins?
Being a defensive coach, why has our defense regressed under your leadership?
Will you baker act Ryan Walter after going 1-11?

Are you planning on changing how your defenders play in pass coverage after committing 4 pass interference penalties in the fourth quarter?
