Broward County had their BCAA North/South all star game last week and every year players come from nowhere to open the eyes of college recruiters. A 6 foot 3, 175-pound wide receiver from Coconut Creek named Quintin Robinson caught the attention of college recruiters with his performance in practice and the game. What schools have been in with Robinson?

"Louisiana-Lafayette, Arkansas State, Akron, Toledo and FAU are the schools who have started to contact me," said Robinson. "They are all telling to stay on top of my grades and that they could use me."

Robinson just recently took the ACT and is awaiting his scores.

When did FAU first get in contact with you?

"They were at practice the day before the all star game (last Wednesday). They said they see me as someone who can improve their team."

How do think you did in the All Star game?

"All right, I know everyone has to get their reps in the game. I had 4 catches and 1 touchdown."

Robinson will also be playing in Dade vs. Broward All Star game on January 20th.

For the season Robinson had 36 catches for 812 yards and 8 touchdowns.

We need good D players. Who do have waiting in the wings that we redshirted this year.

Good point, are there any lb's waiting in line in the mold of Sincere and Joseph?

Jarvis Givens, DT.  He was probably our highest rated recruit before X. Stinson came aboard.  I noticed Givens was wearing a cast on his right wrist at the NO Bowl.
