Now that the coordinator positions are filled, I'd expect the rest of the staff to take shape pretty quickly.  Anyone know Jarred Allen's status?  Hopefully he has a spot.  I'd also like a dedicated Special Teams coach please!

I hope so too. The recuriting dead period is just about over Hopefully Coach Wright is here already and getting up to speed.

I do hope Jared Allen gets a chance, he seemed to be the one that Coach Pelini went to for introductions to the High School scene here. Plus he's a connection to the program and seems to releate to the kids.

If that…Your being generous this holiday season…

Don't know too much about Wright, but I did catch some of their playoff game and that offense looked pretty good. Brighter days hopefully coming soon.

I have a good feeling about Allen being retained. Pelini seems like the kind of guy who can appreciate what Allen is trying to accomplish and his connection to the program. I've never been recruited for football but if I were, I'd think it was cool that the former star quarterback is now on the coaching staff. FAU doesn't have much in the way of football history but having Allen around definitely bolsters what little we do have.

Head Coach in waiting perhaps? 

QB Coach and recruiting coordinator?
