That's too bad, I liked him at Miami. But I agree with everyone else, he just doesn't fit Howard's profile of player. Coach likes to stick with kids who don't have any problems academically or anything like that, plus he is more of a spread QB. I also don't think that he's going to end up at anywhere he really wants to be. He'll probably end up at someplace that doesn't mind his previous supsensions or something like that. I hope he doesn't end up at FIU!

If he comes to play for FAU, I will throw peanuts at him! This kid doesnt even have enough class for the "U"! Which is the same school that had numerous football players killed from gang banging and a huge brawl with another team in the past few seasons.

I agree he wouldn't be a good fir at FAU even if he did want to play here.

I believe the only restriction is that he has to sit out a year, if he goes to another FBS school. He can play next year if he goes to a FCS school. As far as FAU, I don't want that kind of attitude around FAU. And he definitely doesn't fit our pro-style offense.

I think they have the right to place restrictions on him if he requests to be released which apparently did and was granted.  The question is were there restrictions and what are they?

How can a school put restrictions on him? Isn't he free to go wherever he wants? He should transfer to a JC then transfer again next year
