Any chance on a quicke report on how Frantz Joseph did?
I think he did pretty good.
Charles Pierre might have missed a very good opportunity when he hurt his hamstring.

I think half of the NFL teams is a good number to have.
It is a good number and I am sure they were all there to Frantz and anyone else they got to lay eyes on was a bonus.
The nice thing about having a guy that is serious NFL prospect like Frantz is that it gives other guys an opportunity to spark the interest of scouts. Even if they don't get drafted some might at least get an invite to a camp based on their performance.

Re: Scout Day Coverage
As much as I like Paris he lacks the size to play center at the next level. If only he could long snap as well.

Answers to anticipated questions:
THIS JUST IN: Fastest 40 times – Carldayle Brantley (4.59/4.45); DiIvory Edgecomb (4.49/4.48); Greg Joseph (4.69/4.68); Charles Pierre (4.59). Frantz Joseph ran 4.69/4.66.
Vertical Jump: Carldayle Brantley - 38 1/2; Greg Joseph - 38 inches; Andre Clark 29 1/2; Frantz Joseph 27 1/2.
Bench press (how many times lifting 225 pounds): Charlies Pierre – 26; Nick Paris – 23Robert St. Clair – 23; George Allen – 21; Jervonte Jackson – 21; Andre Clark – 20; Frantz Joseph – 19.
Broad Jump: Carldayle Brantley – 10-7; DiIvory Edgecomb and Greg Joseph – 10-2.
Now I know why I heard Brantley's names when scouts were talking during the lunch break.Tested very well.
And from this afternoon's junior workouts: Rusty Smith ran a 4.79 this afternoon (wind-aided, but not bad for a QB). OL Carl Spitale ran a 5.3, great for a big dude (6-8) and some scouts were talking to him afterward.
With Pierre lifting 225 lbs 26x any chance he's got a shot at being drafted? I know he pulled a hammy and couldn't run a 2nd time but maybe he can be a 6-7th rounder?

If Clark had a big day he could find a place on a roster as a special teams player. He has the build and he has been a solid LB for FAU.
As much as I like Paris he lacks the size to play center at the next level. If only he could long snap as well.
GO OWLS!!!
I'd say Paris is borderline. He is on the roster as 6-2 280. We have seen him as big as 320. The centers for the Jaguars are 6-3 295 and 6-5 303.

I was not prepared for the wind & how it would effect the audio on the Vid's - another learning experience I suppose. ??? the hard way :P
I was able to salvage a few comments from Frantz. Here are Frantz's comment on having the chance to play for Howard one more time at the Nations Game & the experience of Pro Day at FAU.
