So this year they are counting ticket sales for attendance and not actual attendance. How come FAU is not getting the necessary 15K? FAU has, I think, a bigger fan base than FIU but FIU is averaging over 15K right?

To qualify for the NCAA they count ticket sales to avg. 15k, which we will achieve.
In the announcement of the game attendance they are counting only the people in the stands, which we are doing better than last year in, but still are not at 15k.
I have no idea how FIU is doing it.

We're announcing attendance based on tickets sold for sure.

FIU will continue to grow the attendance numbers and one really big reason is they have a stadium on campus.

So what is your tickets sold attendance looking like then?

A week ago I was told that FAU needed to sell an additional 2,000 tickets to make the 15,000 average tickets sold.

Anyone know any website links that show the Ticket Sold Numbers of Sun Belt Teams or FAU Ticket Sold Numbers? This way we can sleep soundly at night knowing that FAU is where they need to be and won't be dropped to Div I-AA after 2 seasons?
